Elm & Ivy Lettings Ltd, company number 16421140, registered in England and Wales, registered office 14 Museum Place, 4th Floor, Cardiff, CF10 3BH. We are a licensed letting agent operating across South Wales and part of the Dugard Group.

Our services

Fees

Fees are charged as described on our Fees page and in your service agreement. Tenant charges are limited to those permitted under the Renting Homes (Charging Costs) (Wales) Act 2019.

Liability

While we take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete or error free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
